Solid Colored Glass

JNS Glass & Coatings supplies solid colored glass used for architectural, entertainment, and landscape lighting. The color is a part of the glass and is produced by mixing various metal oxides in the glass composition. Our solid colored glass is not designed to be used as a precision optic. If you require precise control of the spectral bands or have a high temperature application, our dichroic coated glass may be the better solution for you.

• MR11 (1.370”) and MR16 (1.965”) diameters are stocked and readily available from inventory

Soda-lime Based Colors:

	1/8” thick Red	Abrisa #201 Roscolux#26 Lee Filters#26	Used to project a primary red colored light. Holiday/Theme lighting or dramatic effects.
	1/8” thick Yellow	Abrisa #203 Roscolux#312 Lee Filters#101	Vibrant warm yellow. Good for special effect and accents. Helps bring out the natural colors in brick, stone, and rock landscapes.
	1/8” thick Pink	Abrisa #205 Roscolux#38	This is a pale pink. It is good for general washes and toning. Used to pull out the red in rich colored woods. Also can be used to eliminate a green cast.
	1/8” thick Deep Green	Abrisa #206 Roscolux#90 Lee Filters#90	Dark Yellow Green. Holiday lighting, Christmas tree green, and special effects. Used as a primary green.
	1/8” thick Medium Amber	Abrisa#207 Roscolux#20 Lee Filters#20	Primary Amber. Used in landscape lighting often to bring out the color in brick, stone, rock landscapes. Also used for creating sunsets, candlelight or eliminated unwanted blue light.
	1/8” thick Medium Blue	Abrisa#208 Roscolux#364 Lee Filters#201	Creates Naturalistic Daylight. Converts tungsten to daylight. Eliminates amber quality of incandescent.
	1/8” thick Dark Blue	Abrisa #209 Roscolux#83 Lee Filters#119	Good for non-realistic night skies or creating dramatic effects. Can be used as a primary blue.
	1/8” thick Light Blue Correction	Abrisa#211 Roscolux#60	Used in landscape lighting as a correction filter. Makes the green in foliage “pop”. Also used for moonlighting. Helps maintain white light and eliminate amber hues. Cool area light.
	1/8” thick Lavender	Abrisa#401 Roscolux#54	Can be used for color correction or to bring out the reds or browns in wood.
	1/8” thick Mercury Vapor Green	Abrisa#402 Roscolux#3304	Used in landscape lighting to duplicate the output of a mercury vapor lamp. Brings out the green in foliage.
	1/8” thick Light Amber	Abrisa #403 Roscolux#11 Lee Filters#765	Warm Pale Yellow. Create fire effects or bring out the warm colors in brick, stone, “rockscapes”
	¼” thick Grey	#14Grey	Neutral Density Grey used to balance brightness of the lamps without affecting the color temperature (14% Light Transmission)

	1/8" thick Amber	Abrisa #PS15 Roscolux#15 Lee Filters#15	Warm golden amber. Create special effects, candlelight, sunlight and firelight.
