If you can draw it, we can sandblast it. A CNC sandblasting machine is used to create patterns from stock designs or your own drawings. We also sandblast and inventory full sheets that can be fabricated down to your custom size. Whether you are trying to hide the ballast of a light fixture or create a unique visual punch, a silk-screened product may be just what you are looking for. We take ground glass and add a coloring agent to “paint’’ the pattern. The lead-free frit is actually baked into your glass during the tempering process so you do not have to worry about chipping or flaking. The frit becomes an integral part of the glass and cannot be removed. Epoxy and enamel paints can also be used for parts that cannot be tempered.
